Business Development & Sales trainee

We are looking for enthusiastic and driven fresh graduates with a BBA or B.Com degree to join our Business Development team as Trainees. As a Business Development Trainee, you will work closely with experienced team members to identify new business opportunities, build relationships with potential clients, and support the execution of business development strategies. Your responsibilities will include managing and organizing all business development documentation, assisting in the preparation of proposals and client-facing materials, documenting client interactions, maintaining the CRM database, generating reports on business development activities, providing administrative support, ensuring compliance with regulations, and actively seeking opportunities for learning and development. To qualify for this position, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (BBA) or Commerce (B.Com) from a recognized university. As a fresh graduate, you should have a strong academic record and a demonstrated interest in the defence sector and related industries. Proficiency in MS Office Suite, excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong organizational and time-management skills, meticulous attention to detail, a proactive and self-motivated attitude, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team are essential. The expected salary range for this position is 15,000 - 17,000 per month.,
