Business Development Representative (US Shift)

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Gain a clear understanding of the Platform, ICP, Value proposition, and Product positioning.
• Research and understand the Inbound prospect profile and associated organization.
• Work on the allocated MQLs, understand their pulse and nurture them as an SME/ Consultant till they are demo ready
• Take up the Qualification/ Discovery calls with MQLs to assess the Critical expectations and Seriousness of their sales evaluation.
• Pass on the Discovery details to Sales/ Presales, along with a demo request
• Consistently meet monthly targets for – MQL to SAL/ SQL
• Experiment, measure, learn, and refine the Lead Nurturing and Qualification Process
• Maintain contacts/leads, activities in CRM  Nurture leads through timed mailers and social media engagements.

Desired Skills:

Understanding of Technology/ SaaS Platform and SaaS sales

Follow-up Approach

MQL-SAL understanding and judgement.

Hands on CRM

Requirement and Qualification:

Experience: 3 to 5 years

Education – MBA graduate, Business Graduate

Past experience – From SaaS Platform/ BI Platforms

Timings: US Shift
