Business Development Representative in RCM

Work Description

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to drive growth by identifying, engaging, and onboarding healthcare clients, specifically targeting doctors and medical professionals across the USA.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential leads within the healthcare industry, focusing on doctors and medical practices.
• Direct Presentations: Conduct virtual or in-person presentations and demos to explain products, services, and value propositions to potential clients.
• Follow-ups: Manage and nurture leads through consistent follow-up calls, emails, and CRM updates to convert prospects into clients.
• Client Onboarding: Guide new clients through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition and successful account setup.
• Relationship Management: Build long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and operations teams to align strategies and improve lead conversion efficiency.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition (preferably in healthcare or related sectors).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong follow-up and negotiation abilities.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and lead management systems.
• Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary: Up to ?20,000 ?30,000 per month (based on experience and performance).
