Job Description

Role Overview: As a Business Development Professional at our company in Aurangabad, you will play a crucial role in driving business in the domestic market. Your main responsibility will be to ensure the growth of the business through close coordination with the regional sales team. It will be essential to focus on controlling costs through optimized solutions while staying aligned with the organization's strategy, commitments, and goals. Key Responsibilities: - Analyze the technical and contractual requirements of tenders and process necessary clarifications. - Work closely with the Sales & Business Development team to drive technical requirements. - Engage with clients to provide technical clarifications, resolve issues, and secure acceptance of our standard product. - Prepare technical offers for High Voltage Gas Insulated Switchgear (HV GIS) systems, including costing and pricing. - Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies. - Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop the most optimized solutions within financial guidelines. - Support the sales team during negotiations to secure orders and meet financial goals. Qualifications & Skills: - Degree in Electrical Engineering. - 1-3 years of experience in High Voltage Gas Insulated Switchgear products and tendering for the domestic market. - Team player with a customer-centric and result-oriented approach. - Professional expertise in MS Office. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills. - Self-motivated, quick, and assertive individual. - Adaptive to changing market dynamics. - Collaborative and well-coordinated in working with diverse teams and stakeholders.,
