Karpe International is looking for an experienced business development professional to help us expand our global buyer network. We’re a manufacturer and exporter of premium handmade rugs based in India, and we’re ready to scale with the right sales partner.

Role:

• Identify potential B2B buyers (retailers, wholesalers, interior designers, stores)
• Build long-term relationships and bring confirmed orders
• Work on an agreed commission per order value

What We’re Looking For:

✔️ Prior experience in B2B international sales (preferably in textiles/home décor)

✔️ Strong buyer network or ability to build one

✔️ Self-driven, target-oriented, and proactive communicator
