Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Officer to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank Ltd. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in the BFSI industry, preferably in used car sales or finance. Roles and Responsibility Develop and implement effective business strategies to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base. Build and maintain strong relationships with dealerships, customers, and other stakeholders to drive business growth. Conduct market research and analyze competitor activity to identify new business opportunities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and launch new products and services. Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Monitor and report on sales performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement. Job Requirements Strong knowledge of the BFSI industry, particularly in used car sales or finance. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve common goals. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Proficient in Microsoft Office and other software applications. Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities while maintaining a positive attitude.
