Focus on sourcing SME/Self-employed clients for unsecured credit products. Develop tie-ups with local trade associations, CA firms, and aggregators. Pitch customized loan solutions based on customer cash flow analysis. Achieve monthly disbursement targets with a focus on low-NPA accounts. Train and mentor junior sales staff in lead generation techniques. Conduct creditworthiness checks using bank statements, CIBIL, etc. Ensure quick turnaround time (TAT) from lead login to disbursal. Monitor portfolio health and initiate recovery actions for defaults. Provide market intelligence on competitor rates/offers to pricing teams. Strictly avoid mis-selling and uphold ethical sales practices. Highest Education Bachelor of Arts Working Language English
