Job Description

We are looking for an ambitious and results-driven Business Development Officer (BDO) with at least 2 years of proven experience in sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships and driving revenue growth for the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs and competitive positioning.
  • Negotiate and close deals, ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales or business development role.
  • Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
