Role Overview:

We are looking for an energetic, and street-smart Business Development Personnel who can help us introduce and expand our service across the hospitality and residential sectors in Cochin. This role is perfect for someone who loves networking, is comfortable going door-to-door, and wants to grow in an exciting startup environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and onboard hotels, restaurants, cafes, catering units, and cloud kitchens for recurring sharpening contracts.
• Build partnerships with apartment complexes, gated communities, and residential welfare associations for scheduled sharpening drives.
• Conduct field visits, product demonstrations, and service trials to generate leads and close deals.
• Maintain a database of prospective clients and update CRM tools regularly.
• Assist in planning and executing sharpening service camps in residential and commercial areas.
• Collect customer feedback to refine pitch and improve service experience.
• Represent the brand at local trade shows, food expos, or events when necessary.

Preferred Qualifications & Skills:

• 1–10 years of experience in field sales, ideally in F&B, kitchen equipment, or hotel supplies.
• Freshers with excellent communication skills and a go-getter attitude are welcome.
• Strong interpersonal skills and confidence in face-to-face selling.
• Basic understanding of how restaurants, hotels, or kitchens function.
• Fluent in English and Malayalam.
• Two-wheeler license with access to a bike (preferred).
• Familiarity with Cochin neighborhoods and F&B scene is a plus.
