Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹22,000 per month

Job Summary
Adekon Management Pvt. Ltd. is hiring Business Development Officers (BDO) in Birbhum District, West Bengal for branch banking operations. The role focuses on customer relationship, sales of banking products, and branch support activities. Freshers are welcome. Key Responsibilities
  • Promote and explain branch banking products and services to customers.
  • Assist customers with account opening and documentation.
  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Work towards achieving sales and business targets.
  • Provide customer support and resolve queries in a professional manner.
  • Coordinate with the branch team to ensure smooth operations.
Skills Required
  • Good communication in Bengali & Hindi (English is an advantage).
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Data Entry).
  • Customer service and relationship management skills.
  • Sales-oriented mindset with ability to achieve targets.
Eligibility
  • Minimum HS Pass (Higher Secondary).
  • Freshers male or female Both can apply
  • Candidates must be legally eligible to work in India.
