Job Description

We are seeking a Placement Officer to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for facilitating job placements for students by building relationships with employers and providing career guidance.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain relationships with employers to facilitate job placements for students.
Ability to identify and connect with potential hiring companies.
Experience in corporate tie-ups, MoUs, and campus hiring partnerships
Conduct workshops and training sessions for students to enhance their employability skills.
Prepare and maintain placement reports and records of students placed in various companies.
Coordinate with the academic team to understand student profiles and match them with suitable job opportunities.
Organize placement drives and recruitment events in collaboration with companies.
Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field or Any Graduation.
2-5 years of experience in placement, recruitment, or career counseling.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with students and employers.
Proficient in using placement management software and tools.
Good understanding of job market trends and employer expectations.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
