Business Development Manager(MEP)

• Identify, research, and pursue new business opportunities in MEP contracting and related sectors.
• Generate leads through networking, cold calls, industry events, and digital platforms.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, consultants, main contractors, and suppliers.
• Prepare and deliver technical presentations, capability statements, and project proposals.
• Liaise with the Estimation, Design, and Project teams to ensure client requirements are well-understood and integrated into proposals.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
• Participate in tender processes, bid preparation, pricing strategies, and contract negotiations.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall company revenue objectives.
• Represent the company in client meetings, industry exhibitions, conferences, and networking events.
• Maintain up-to-date records of client interactions, leads, and business opportunities using CRM systems or databases.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
