Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Kochi. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, developing business strategies, and working collaboratively with the marketing and sales teams. Daily tasks include driving sales growth, conducting market research, developing proposals, and representing the company at industry events and meetings.

• Proven track record in Business Development and Sales
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Strategic thinking and analytical skills
• Client relationship management skills
