Job Summary:

Senior Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify New Business Opportunities

    : Proactively identify and pursue new business prospects, including large enterprise clients through networking, to generate revenue and expand the company's market presence.
  • Lead Generation and Sales Strategy

    : Develop and execute strategic plans for lead generation, prospecting, and deal closure, ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • Client Relationship Management

    : Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients by understanding their business needs and offering tailored solutions.
  • Digital Solutions Expertise

    : Demonstrate deep understanding of the companys products and services (e.g., AI Solutions, BPO, KPO, software development, cloud computing, cybersecurity, SaaS solutions) and how they can solve clients’ business challenges.
  • Market Research and Analysis

    : Conduct thorough market research to identify industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities, using this information to adjust sales strategies.
  • Sales Presentations

    : Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations to potential clients, demonstrating how the company’s IT services can address their unique requirements.
  • Contract Negotiation

    : Lead negotiations with clients to close high-value contracts, ensuring that agreements are mutually beneficial and align with business objectives.
  • Collaboration with Internal Teams

    : Work closely with the sales, marketing, product, and engineering teams to ensure the seamless execution of business development strategies.
  • Reporting and KPI Tracking

    : Track and report on key sales metrics, such as lead conversion, sales performance, and revenue targets, using CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Education

    : Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Experience

    : 4+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account management in the IT industry.
  • IT Industry Knowledge

    : In-depth understanding of IT products and services such as cloud computing, software development, cybersecurity, and managed services.
  • Sales Expertise

    : Proven track record of developing and executing successful business development strategies that result in revenue growth.
  • Lead Generation Skills

    : Expertise in identifying, qualifying, and converting leads into clients using a variety of methods, including cold calling, email campaigns, and networking.
  • Client Relationship Management

    : Strong ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, understand their business challenges, and provide solutions that meet their needs.
  • Negotiation and Deal Closing

    : Proven experience with RFPs (Requests for Proposals) and contract negotiations, essential for effectively managing various client deals.
  • Communication Skills

    : Excellent verbal and written communication skills for client presentations, proposals, and internal collaboration.
  • CRM Tools

    : Proficiency in using CRM systems like Salesforce, HubSpot, or other tools to manage client interactions and track sales activities.
  • Analytical Skills

    : Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to optimize strategies and identify new opportunities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in selling enterprise IT solutions or working with Fortune clients.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing strategies and social media outreach.
  • Certifications in sales or business development (e.g., Certified Business Development Professional).
