Role Description

The Business Development Manager at Brand Buddiies will be responsible for identifying and generating new business opportunities, building strategic client relationships, and driving revenue growth. This full-time hybrid role is based in West Delhi, with the flexibility of some work-from-home days. Daily responsibilities include conducting market research, developing business strategies, creating proposals, meeting potential clients, leading negotiations, and collaborating with marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in business development, sales strategy, and client relationship management
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of digital marketing tools and strategies, including SEO, PPC, and social media marketing
• Analytical skills for conducting market research and identifying business opportunities
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment and manage multiple projects effectively
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus)
• Prior experience in the digital marketing or technology industry is preferred
