Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own P&L responsibility for new business acquisition in target sectors (BFSI, Healthcare, Hi-Tech, etc.).
  • Close complex service deals across platformization, automation, AI/ML, and digital services.
  • Build and convert high-quality pipelines through outbound and account-based selling.
  • Lead contract negotiations and client onboarding in coordination with legal and delivery.
  • Provide market feedback to shape GTM and solution development.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated success in closing 2Cr+ IT services deals.
  • Strong C-level connections and vertical expertise (e.g., BFSI, Telecom, Healthcare).
  • Sharp understanding of solution selling, commercial constructs, and buyer motivations.
  • Self-starter with a goal-oriented approach and ability to work cross-functionally.
