Business Development Manager

Role Overview: As a Business Development Manager in our B2B sales team, you will play a pivotal role in driving pipeline growth by generating new opportunities, conducting product demonstrations, and converting deals. Your strong communication skills, willingness to travel, and passion for technology and sales will be key assets in this role. Key Responsibilities: - Generate Opportunities: - Prepare a list of manufacturers, wholesalers, and retailers in Surat and adjoining areas, visiting their offices and manufacturing setups daily. - Conduct initial conversations with prospects to understand their needs, challenges, and business goals. - Qualify prospects using frameworks like BANT (Budget, Authority, Need, Timing). - Product Demo: - Personalize your pitch based on industry, business needs, and pain points. - Provide proper product demonstrations, educating prospects about our products/services and their benefits. - Follow-up, Conversion, and Documentation: - Address objections, respond to inquiries, and nurture leads through the sales funnel. - Collaborate with the Onboarding Team for seamless handoff and Go Live process. - CRM Management: - Log all activities, maintain data integrity in the CRM system. - Generate regular reports and insights on lead quality and pipeline progress. - Track outreach efforts, response rates, and conversion metrics for strategy optimization. Qualification Required: - Fluency in Gujarati language is mandatory for verbal and written communication. - Good verbal and written communication skills. - Experience in any form of B2B sales preferred. - Strong ability to close deals independently. - Bachelors or Masters degree, preferably in BBA or MBA.
