Job Overview

We are currently hiring an experienced Business Development Manager (BDM) to expand our blue-collar recruitment services in Thane.
If you have a background in B2B sales, manpower staffing, or client acquisition, this role could be a great fit for you.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and onboard new clients needing blue-collar manpower (Construction, Oil & Gas, Hospitality, FMCG, Manufacturing, Warehousing, etc.)
Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business
Coordinate with recruitment/operations teams for timely deployment
Negotiate pricing, contracts, and service-level agreements
Achieve monthly and quarterly business targets
Target Industry - Oil & Gas | Constrcution | Manufacturing | Hospitality | Retail | FMCG

Key Requirements

35 years of experience in blue-collar recruitment / manpower staffing / B2B sales
Fluent communication in Hindi, Marathi, and English
Excellent networking and negotiation skills
Understanding of labour compliance/documentation is an advantage
