• Job Overview

1. We are currently hiring an experienced Business Development Manager (BDM) to expand our blue-collar recruitment services in Thane.
2. If you have a background in B2B sales, manpower staffing, or client acquisition, this role could be a great fit for you.

• Key Responsibilities

1. Identify and onboard new clients needing blue-collar manpower (Construction, Oil & Gas, Hospitality, FMCG, Manufacturing, Warehousing, etc.)
2. Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business
3. Coordinate with recruitment/operations teams for timely deployment
4. Negotiate pricing, contracts, and service-level agreements
5. Achieve monthly and quarterly business targets
6. Target Industry - Oil & Gas | Constrcution | Manufacturing | Hospitality | Retail | FMCG

• Key Requirements

1. 35 years of experience in blue-collar recruitment / manpower staffing / B2B sales
2. Fluent communication in Hindi, Marathi, and English
3. Excellent networking and negotiation skills
4. Understanding of labour compliance/documentation is an advantage
