Business Development Manager

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute business development strategies aligned with organizational growth objectives.

• Identify new business opportunities, strategic partnerships, and market expansion initiatives.

• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and business intelligence to support decision-making.

• Prepare business proposals, presentations, reports, and strategic growth plans for senior management.

• Manage CRM data, business pipelines, and performance tracking.

• Coordinate with Finance, Operations, HR, and Leadership teams to drive business initiatives.

• Establish KPIs, monitor performance, and provide regular management reports.

• Drive internal projects, process improvements, and business growth initiatives.

🔹 Desired Candidate Profile:

• 4–7 years of experience in Business Development, Strategy, Market Research, or related commercial roles.

• Experience independently managing business development initiatives from planning to execution.

• Prior experience in a service-based or consulting-oriented organisation is preferred.

• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and CRM tools.

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.

• MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification will be an added advantage.
