Business Development Manager

Manager, Business Development - International Markets

You'll focus on international markets, building relationships with hotel groups, independent hotel owners, hospitality decision-makers, and technology partners. Your role will be to identify opportunities, build a strong sales pipeline, and convert prospects into paying customers.

We want someone who can open doors, lead commercial conversations, negotiate, and win business.

• Identify and convert opportunities across hotel groups, independent hotels, and hospitality management companies.
• Build a qualified pipeline through outbound prospecting, LinkedIn, industry networks, referrals, and inbound leads.
• Own the entire sales cycle, from discovery calls and product demonstrations to proposals, negotiations, and deal closure.
• Position and sell

  pulse.

  , communicating its value to hotel owners, commercial leaders, and other decision-makers.
• Identify opportunities for dhi Hospitality's consulting services and convert them into new engagements.
• Manage CRM, sales forecasts, follow-ups, and pipeline performance against agreed revenue targets.

• 4–7 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or SaaS sales.

• Experience selling

  hospitality technology, SaaS products, or enterprise software

  is strongly preferred.
• A proven ability to manage sales conversations and personally convert prospects into paying customers.
• Experience engaging international clients, preferably across Southeast Asia, the Middle East, or other global markets.
• Strong prospecting, presentation, negotiation, and deal-closing skills.
• Excellent communication skills and the confidence to engage senior decision-makers.
• A self-driven, commercially minded approach with strong ownership and accountability.

We value demonstrated sales performance over job titles.

• Experience selling revenue management systems, hotel distribution technology, booking engines, or hospitality SaaS.
• An existing network of hospitality decision-makers in international markets.
• Experience taking a SaaS product into a new market or building a sales pipeline from the ground up.
