Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop new business opportunities through strategic partnerships, alliances, and networking for IT/NONIT CLIENTS,Payroll outsourcuing/complaince outsourcing.
  • Identify potential clients and build relationships to drive revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored staffing solutions for clients.
  • Manage existing client accounts to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the industry.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 4-5 years of experience in B2B sales, enterprise sales, field sales, or business development management.
  • MBA/PGDM degree in HR/Industrial Relations or related field preferred but not mandatory.
  • Proven track record of success in building strong relationships with key decision-makers at major corporates.
