Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and driven Business Development Manager with a strong background in IT sales , account-based selling , and international client engagement . This role requires excellent networking, communication, and strategic sales skills, with the ability to pitch to both local and overseas clients. The ideal candidate should have a track record of lead generation, closing deals, building lasting client relationships, and working closely with pre-sales and delivery teams to convert opportunities into successful projects. Key Responsibilities: Identify and generate leads through networking, outbound outreach, and strategic market research Develop and execute sales strategies for B2B technology solutions and services Drive account-based sales for high-value clients in domestic and international markets Prepare and present business proposals, RFP responses, and sales collateral Conduct effective presentations (online and offline) to CXOs, founders, and decision-makers Manage end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting to closure, including negotiations and contract finalization Build strong relationships with potential and existing clients for long-term collaboration Collaborate with technical and pre-sales teams for solution alignment and delivery planning Report progress, sales pipeline, and forecasts to senior leadership on a regular basis Attend industry events, client meetings, and networking sessions as needed Travel domestically or internationally as per business needs Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field (BBA,B.COM,BCA,BTECH,MBA,M.COM,MCA ) 4+ years of business development experience in an IT services or product company Proven success in International client engagement and IT solution selling Strong understanding of software technologies, project lifecycle, and proposal components Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal); Hindi proficiency is a plus Confident and engaging presentation skills, with a professional client-facing demeanor Strong negotiation, CRM, and pipeline management skills Willingness to travel when required (within India and abroad) Why Join SINNONTEQ?
