We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Business Development Manager/Senior Manager to identify new opportunities, build strong client relationships, and drive business growth in the Korean market.

 신규 비즈니스 기회 및 파트너십 발굴 및 개발

* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders

 고객 및 이해관계자와 강력한 관계 구축 및 유지

* Develop and execute strategic business plans to achieve revenue targets

 매출 목표 달성을 위한 전략적 사업 계획 수립 및 실행

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver client solutions

 고객 솔루션 제공을 위해 크로스펑셔널 팀과 협업

* Analyze market trends, competitors, and industry developments

 시장 동향, 경쟁사 및 산업 동향 분석

* Prepare presentations, proposals, and reports for executive leadership

 경영진 대상 프레젠테이션, 제안서 및 보고서 작성

🔹 Qualifications / 지원 자격

* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred for Senior Manager

 경영학, 마케팅 또는 관련 분야 학사 학위; 시니어 매니저는 MBA 우대

* 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or strategic partnership roles

 비즈니스 개발, 영업 또는 전략적 파트너십 경력 5년 이상

* Proven track record of achieving business growth targets

 사업 성장 목표 달성 실적 보유

* Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills

 뛰어난 분석, 협상 및 커뮤니케이션 능력

* Ability to work independently and lead cross-functional teams

 독립적 업무 수행 능력 및 크로스펑셔널 팀 리딩 능력

* Bilingual (Korean & English) required

 한국어 및 영어 가능자 필수
