1. Identify, prospect, and onboard new clients for non-motor insurance products.
2. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual business targets.
3. Generate leads through networking, cold calling, references, and partnerships.
4. Cross-sell and upsell non-motor products to existing motor clients.
5. Responsible for Key Account Management of Corporate Clients through a broking channel.
6. Managing clients insurance portfolio and renewing & selling insurance products. Providing tailor made services for client’s business along with subsequent data management. Analyzing client’s insurance needs and presenting risk assessment solutions
7. Identifying prospective clients and developing strategies for generating business and achieving consistent profitability norms, also developing leads, sales & cross selling of key products.
8. Possess excellent relationship building, interpersonal communication and analytical skills with demonstrated abilities in customer relationship management.
9. Liaise with insurance companies for competitive quotes, product solutions, and claims support.
10. Negotiate premium rates, policy terms, and conditions with insurers to benefit clients.
11. Work closely with the operations and claims team to provide seamless customer experience.
