As a Business Development Manager (Sales) for Logistics ERP at Infinova, based in Dubai, UAE, your primary responsibility is to identify and drive new business opportunities within the logistics sector, specifically focusing on ERP solutions. Your role involves engaging with logistics companies, understanding client needs, and delivering tailored ERP solutions that support digital transformation. The ideal candidate will possess strong sales acumen, deep knowledge of logistics operations, and proven experience in the UAE market. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and generate new business opportunities for the Logistics ERP portfolio - Develop and maintain relationships with logistics companies, freight forwarders, and transport service providers - Understand client requirements and present customized ERP solutions - Conduct product demonstrations and deliver impactful presentations - Prepare proposals, quotations, and close deals to meet sales targets - Collaborate with the technical and implementation teams for smooth project handover - Monitor market trends, competitors, and client feedback to support business strategy Qualifications: - Bachelors Degree (or equivalent) - Minimum 3 years of experience in sales (UAE experience mandatory) - Proven experience in ERP / SaaS / logistics software sales within the UAE - Excellent communication and presentation skills - Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities - Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work independently - Familiarity with CRM tools and sales reporting will be an added advantage (Note: Driving License is preferred for this role),
