*Post: Business Development Manager – Road Construction Equipment Sales*

*Qualification:* B.Tech Electrical/Mechanical 

*Timing:* 9 AM to 6 PM

*Week off:* Sunday

*Experience:* 7+ Years in Road Equipment Sales

*Location:* Person will look the area of Delhi NCR & Uttarakhand

*Industry:* Construction Equipment (Authorized Dealer of Volvo Construction Equipment)

*Number of vacancies:* 1


*Skills:*

1. Industry knowledge in road construction equipment

2. Existing customer networks in infrastructure/construction

3. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

4. Willingness to travel within assigned territory


*Roles & Responsibilities:*

1. Identify new business opportunities and generate leads for road machinery sales.

2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers (contractors, infrastructure firms, etc.).

3. Promote and sell Volvo road construction equipment such as compactors, tandem rollers, graders, and more.

4. Conduct product demonstrations and technical discussions with clients.

5. Prepare proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals.

6. Maintain sales reports, customer feedback, and market analysis.

7. Collaborate with the service and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
