Business Development Manager Responsibilities: -
research and identify new business opportunities - including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products and services - or new ways of reaching existing markets.
meet with customers/clients face to face or over the phone. foster and develop relationships with customers/clients.
understand the needs of your customers and be able to respond effectively with a plan of how to meet these

In case if candidate is assigned the people management role then in that case you will be liable to hire, onboard and train the candidates.
BDM is directly connected to revenue of the organization so the candidate has to achieve the monthly, quarterly and yearly goal sheet and the company will conduct the review of the performance on regular intervals which leads to the confirmation and appraisals. Candidate//'s performance is the ultimate parameter for your continuation of the job.
Should be willing to travel for 15 to 20 daysminimum for Gujarat, Rajasthan, M.P. and Maharashtra state.
Unplanned travel may be required at any time, using any mode of transport, including personal vehicles or public transportation.
Essentials:
Well versed with English, Gujarati and Hindi language.
