Job Description

Role Overview: As a Credit Cards Clients Executive at Standard Chartered, your main role is to meet the business objectives set by the Retail Assets Business in the respective country. Your focus will be on customer-centric need-based selling, deepening customer relationships, selling credit cards, and maximizing penetration from internal channels. You will also be responsible for managing a team of 7-8 people, driving affluent sales, and implementing bank strategies. Key Responsibilities: - Conducting Customer Due Diligence (CDD), Market Led Proposition (MLP), and Treating Customers Fairly (TCF) diligently - Maintaining zero tolerance for fraud and mis-selling - Attending training sessions to acquire knowledge relevant to your job function - Adhering to all policies, guidelines, procedures, and local regulatory requirements - Reporting any suspicious activity to the Unit Money Laundering Prevention Officer and line manager Qualifications: - Graduation/Post-Graduation with a consistent academic career - 2 to 5 years of extensive sales experience - Highly sales-focused and target-oriented - Good interpersonal skills, customer service orientation, and banking knowledge - Management information skills and competitive awareness - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills About Standard Chartered: Standard Chartered is an international bank that has been making a positive difference for clients, communities, and employees for over 170 years.
