Business Development Manager - Recruitment Services

Location:

Business Development & Client Acquisition

  • Identify, target, and acquire new MNC clients for recruitment services including permanent hiring and staff augmentation
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients across various industries
  • Conduct market research to identify business opportunities and industry trends
  • Develop and execute strategic business development plans to meet revenue targets
  • Generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and digital outreach

Sales & Revenue Generation

  • Achieve annual revenue targets through new client acquisitions
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service-level agreements
  • Prepare and present compelling business proposals and presentations
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure

Client Relationship Management

  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with key decision makers
  • Understand client hiring needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions
  • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention
  • Collaborate with internal delivery teams for seamless execution of services

Market Intelligence & Strategy

  • Stay updated on recruitment industry trends, competitor landscape, and market dynamics
  • Provide market feedback to internal teams for service improvements
  • Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking sessions
  • Develop territory-specific go-to-market strategies

Required Qualifications

Experience & Background

  • 4+ years of business development experience in recruitment/staffing
  • Proven record of significant revenue generation through new MNC client acquisitions
  • Experience working with MNC clients and understanding their hiring processes
  • Demonstrated success in building new business relationships

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong relationship-building and networking skills
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities
  • Strategic thinker with a market-oriented approach
  • Self-driven and able to work independently towards targets
  • Knowledge of various recruitment models (RPO, executive search, contract staffing)

Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, HR, or related field
