Business Development Manager (Pharma)

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify new business opportunities in domestic and international markets (B2B).
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client requirements are met efficiently.
• Develop and execute business development plans and strategies.
• Track market trends and provide actionable insights for growth.
• Manage client communications, negotiations, and contracts.
• Participate in industry events, exhibitions, and trade shows.

Required Skills:

• Strong understanding of B2B sales in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven experience in client coordination and account management.
• Strategic thinking with strong negotiation abilities.
• Self-motivated with a result-oriented approach.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Pharmacy, or Business (MBA preferred).
• 4–5 years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical business development.

Salary:

Commensurate with experience and industry standards.
