Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute business strategies to drive growth in IT staffing- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits- Collaborate with recruitment teams to ensure client needs are met- Monitor market trends and provide competitive analysis- Track and report on sales metrics and business performance
