Responsibilities

Recruitment and Onboarding:
Identify, recruit, and onboard new insurance agents or "Agency Partners".
Sales and Performance Management:
Drive sales through the agency network, set targets, monitor performance, and ensure business goals are met. This includes conducting joint sales calls with agents.
Training and Development:
Coach and develop agents on product knowledge, selling skills, and processes through regular training sessions.
Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with agency partners and provide ongoing support and motivation.
Market Analysis:
Analyze market data and trends to identify new clients and advisors.
Compliance and Reporting:
Ensure adherence to regulatory norms and internal policies, and provide regular reports on business performance and agent activities to management.
