Job Description

Role Focus:

Drive membership growth, market development, and relationship management for exchange products (Equity, Derivatives, Debt, ETFs, etc.).

Key Responsibilities:

Introduce and promote exchange products and attract new memberships.

Build strong relationships with stockbroking firms, corporates, and financial institutions. Develop partnerships with trade bodies/associations to enhance market reach.

Provide ongoing support to members in registration, trading operations, and compliance. Resolve operational issues and ensure smooth settlement processes.

Organize seminars and training programs for members and intermediaries.

Increase membership across banks, institutions, and brokerage houses.

Focus on corporate listings and market expansion.

Skills Required: Relevant experience in broking industry, banks, or exchanges.

Strong knowledge of capital market products; exposure to equity and debt products.

Strong networking and relationship management skills.

Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills with a professional appearance.
