Business Development Manager (Manpower services)

We are a reputed Manpower services company delivering professional and reliable Manpower solutions. To support our expansion, we are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager with prior experience in the manpower services industry.

Key Responsibilities

Drive business growth by identifying and securing new clients.

Build and nurture long-term client relationships.

Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies.

Prepare proposals, presentations, and business development reports.

Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and service excellence.

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of experience in Business Development, preferably in manpower/security services or related industries.
• Strong client acquisition and relationship management skills.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
• Master’s degree (preferred).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,509.43 - ₹35,000.00 per month
