Job Description

You will be the Sales Lead for the Managed Services division at our company based in Mumbai. Your primary responsibilities will include driving sales, fostering client relationships, and ensuring the growth of the managed services portfolio. To excel in this role, you must possess strong leadership qualities, strategic thinking skills, and a comprehensive understanding of the managed services industry, covering areas such as IT infrastructure, cloud solutions, cybersecurity, and service delivery models. Your key responsibilities will revolve around sales leadership and strategy. You will lead sales efforts for managed services, develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets, identify new business opportunities, and collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional materials for lead generation. Moreover, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers within client organizations, serving as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Additionally, you will be expected to prepare high-quality proposals and presentations that effectively communicate the benefits of managed services, negotiate contracts, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional service post-sale. Continuous monitoring of market trends, competitive offerings, and client feedback will inform your sales strategy, and you will provide regular reports on sales activities to senior leadership. To qualify for this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field, along with 10-12 years of experience in sales or business development within the managed services or IT solutions sector. Strong knowledge of managed services offerings, excellent communication and negotiation skills, strategic thinking abilities, and proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite are essential for success in this position. Preferred qualifications include sales certifications in IT management, cloud computing, or cybersecurity, experience in selling enterprise-level IT services, and a deep understanding of the managed services industry.
