Key responsibilities include hiring and training staff, managing technicians and maintenance, driving business growth, ensuring client satisfaction, handling documentation and audits, planning new branches, and leading all marketing and competitor-related activities.
This role demands strong leadership, accountability, and excellent coordination skills, aligned with Mazaya’s core values. Candidates with experience in the fitness or gym industry are preferred.
