Job Description

Job Summary:

Corporate Sales (B2B)

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development & Sales

Identify, prospect, and onboard
corporate, institutional, and B2B clients
Generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and industry events
Present products/services to decision-makers and close sales
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets

Account Management

Build and maintain strong relationships with key corporate accounts
Manage pricing negotiations, contracts, and payment terms
Ensure repeat business and customer retention

Coordination & Execution

Coordinate with internal teams (operations, production, finance, logistics)
Ensure timely order processing, delivery, and post-sales support
Handle customer queries, escalations, and feedback

Market Intelligence & Reporting

Track market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates
Provide feedback to management for product and pricing improvements

Key Skills & Competencies:

Strong
B2B / Corporate sales experience
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to deal with CXOs, procurement heads, and decision-makers
Target-oriented and self-motivated
Proficiency in MS Office / CRM tools
Willingness to travel as required

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
Experience in
FMCG / Food / Manufacturing / Institutional sales
(preferred)
Existing corporate or institutional client network is an advantage

New corporate accounts acquired
Revenue and margin achievement
Client retention and repeat business
Sales pipeline value and conversion rate
