Job Description

Job Summary:

Corporate Sales (B2B)

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development & Sales

  • Identify, prospect, and onboard

    corporate, institutional, and B2B clients

  • Generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and industry events
  • Present products/services to decision-makers and close sales
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets

Account Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key corporate accounts
  • Manage pricing negotiations, contracts, and payment terms
  • Ensure repeat business and customer retention

Coordination & Execution

  • Coordinate with internal teams (operations, production, finance, logistics)
  • Ensure timely order processing, delivery, and post-sales support
  • Handle customer queries, escalations, and feedback

Market Intelligence & Reporting

  • Track market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates
  • Provide feedback to management for product and pricing improvements

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong

    B2B / Corporate sales experience

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to deal with CXOs, procurement heads, and decision-makers
  • Target-oriented and self-motivated
  • Proficiency in MS Office / CRM tools
  • Willingness to travel as required

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Experience in

    FMCG / Food / Manufacturing / Institutional sales

    (preferred)
  • Existing corporate or institutional client network is an advantage

  • New corporate accounts acquired
  • Revenue and margin achievement
  • Client retention and repeat business
  • Sales pipeline value and conversion rate
