We’re Hiring: Business Development Manager – International Business Location: (Hybrid/Onsite) Priority Location: Kolkata, Secondary Location: Bangalore, Hyderabad, Delhi Experience: 6+ years in International Sales | 4+ years in Tech/Digital Marketing Sales TechShu is looking for a seasoned BDM to lead our international business growth. This role involves end-to-end sales ownership - from building lead pipelines and partnerships to closing strategic deals across global markets. What you’ll own: Opening new lead channels: Outreach, Partner Network, Paid Ads Building and nurturing international partnerships Consultative selling and custom solutioning for global clients Proposal creation, pricing strategy, and final closures Working closely with internal strategy and execution teams What we’re looking for: 6+ years in international B2B sales 4+ years in digital marketing or tech sales Excellent English communication (written and spoken) Logical, strategic thinker with consultative selling experience Proven track record of closing mid to high-ticket deals If you are driven, proactive, and want to lead global growth from India, this role is for you!
