Business Development Manager- Interior Designers and Architect

The position holder will have the following responsibilities: - Should be from a sales background, energetic, and inclined towards luxury and design - Well connected with Interior Designers and Architects in the region, able to network with them socially at events/exhibitions - Experienced in handling project business through architects and interior designers, primarily in the residential space - Capable of understanding requirements from interior designers and architects - Possess excellent communication skills and relationship building skills - Willing to go the extra mile to achieve company goals and meet customer expectations - Self-driven, persistent, action-oriented, and goal-driven Desired Experience & Qualifications: - Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience or in similar categories of design or luxury - Undergraduate or Post-graduate in fields like Business Administration, Design, Marketing, or CRM will be preferred - Should have experience in handling project business through architects and interior designers Desired Background: - Must have empathy, love, and compassion as an integral part of their self in order to lead the presented portfolio effectively - A firm believer and practitioner of the organizational philosophy, values, and culture to embody them in day-to-day interactions with customers,
