Market Research & Lead Generation:

• Identify and target US-based clients requiring technology and software resourcing services for US-based roles.

• Conduct market research to stay updated on US technology sector trends, competitor activities, and client needs.

• Generate high-quality leads through networking, cold calling, email campaigns, and participation in industry events.

• Client Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers in US-based organizations.

• Understand clients’ technical and business requirements to propose tailored resourcing solutions for US-based positions.

• Act as the primary point of contact, ensuring exceptional service delivery and client satisfaction.

• Sales & Revenue Growth:
