Business Development Manager Industrial Plots Role Overview: A results-driven professional responsible for identifying, developing, and closing opportunities in the industrial land/plot segment. This includes managing the end-to-end sales cycle, from lead generation to client relationship management, with a focus on selling industrial plots to manufacturers, logistics companies, warehouses, and investors. Key Responsibilities: Market Research & Strategy: Analyze market trends, zoning regulations, and industrial demand. Identify potential clients and strategic locations for development. Build go-to-market strategies tailored to specific industrial sectors (e.g., warehousing, manufacturing). Lead Generation & Client Acquisition: Generate leads via cold calling, industry networking, real estate events, and digital marketing. Cultivate relationships with brokers, real estate agents, and channel partners. Sales & Negotiation: Pitch industrial plot offerings to prospects (site visits, proposals, presentations). Negotiate price, payment terms, and legal conditions to close deals. Stakeholder Management: Liaise with government bodies for land approvals, compliance, and legal documentation. Coordinate with internal teams (legal, marketing, finance, engineering) to facilitate transactions. After-Sales Support: Ensure smooth plot registration, handover, and post-sale service. Maintain relationships for future resales or referrals. Key Skills: Strong B2B sales and negotiation skills Real estate knowledge, especially industrial land/zoning regulations Networking & relationship-building Market analysis & competitor benchmarking Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Understanding of industrial development trends
