Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Acquisition of new-to-bank clients (NTB Salary & High Value Salary Accounts)
Opening of Current Accounts and Savings Accounts (CASA)
Ensure salary credits in all sourced accounts
Engage with customers to increase cross-sell and generate leads for other banking products
Provide intensive client coverage to meet defined scorecard targets
Ensure process and compliance adherence at all times
Handle individual client requirements, requests, and complaints in coordination with the Relationship Manager (RM)
Report issues/concerns to RM / RH / CO for corrective action
Ensure high FTR (First Time Right) on sourced accounts as per bank benchmarks
