We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager to drive business growth across Kerala in Staffing, Contract Staffing, Recruitment, Payroll, and HR Services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, generate, and acquire new corporate clients across Kerala.
• Generate leads through cold calling, LinkedIn, networking, referrals and client visits.
• Build relationships with HR Heads, Talent Acquisition Heads and Business Heads.
• Promote staffing, recruitment, payroll and HR outsourcing services.
• Prepare business proposals, negotiate commercials and close deals.
• Develop a strong sales pipeline and achieve business development targets.
• Coordinate with internal recruitment and operations teams for service delivery.

Candidate Requirements:

• 3 - 8 years of experience in B2B Sales, Corporate Sales or Business Development.
• Strong experience in new client acquisition and lead generation.
• Experience in Staffing, Recruitment, Payroll, HR Services or other B2B service industries is preferred.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to build corporate relationships and independently drive business growth.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings across Kerala.
