Job Description

Role & responsibilities Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and lead generation. Establish and maintain strong long- term relationships with both prospective and existing clients. Analyze client needs and provide customized IT solutions that meet their specific requirements. Assist in cross-selling and up-selling additional services to existing clients. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of business deals. Conduct market research to remain informed on industry trends, competitor strategies and market dynamics. Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and sales pitches tailored to client needs. Achieve and exceed sales targets and revenue objectives. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM. Preferred candidate profile Experience: 3 to 6 years in business development, sales, or a related field. Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a relevant field. High ticket sales skills and closing skills. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Knowledge of IT products and solutions (preferred but not mandatory). Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software. Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented mindset.
