Business Development Manager Business promotion for architectural/interior consultancy projects.
- Explore new marketing avenues for companys business promotion
- Develop roadmap for expanding business in new areas. Explore new markets
- Collect information from various sources for new business opportunities
- Build new relationships with potential national and international clients
- Prepare business presentations in line with companys strategy
- Preparation of online bids and represent firm in bidding process
- Business development experience with experience in architecture / construction /infrastructure industry
- Interest and understanding of architecture and built environment would be vital for this role
- Drive for exploring new areas of work with desire to build a career in marketing in the field
- Articulate with good command on English language with strong written and verbal communication skill
- Proficient in the use of word processing and presentation software
- Ability to take additional responsibility in general management as needed
