Role & responsibilities

-Identify and generate new business opportunities in the Domestic IT Staffing space
-Acquire and onboard IT captive clients and build strong, long-term business relationships-Develop & execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly/quarterly revenue targets-Maintain a strong sales pipeline through lead generation, networking & market research-Collaborate with the recruitment delivery team to ensure timely fulfillment of client requirements-Negotiate contracts and finalize business deals with a focus on profitability-Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and client needs to refine sales strategies

Preferred candidate profile

- 3-8 years of proven experience in Business Development for Domestic IT Staffing
-Strong understanding of recruitment processes & the staffing ecosystem-Track record of onboarding and managing IT captive clients-Excellent communication, presentation & negotiation skills-Ability to work independently, own targets, and deliver results-Strong networking skills & relationship-building mindset
