What you'll do:
Identify & onboard franchise partners in target cities
Lead franchise acquisition from pitch to closure
Drive clinic expansion aligned with brand & commercial goal Collaborate cross-functionally for smooth clinic launches
Travel extensively to explore markets & execute deals
What we’re looking for:
2–6 years in business development/franchising
Experience in retail/beauty/wellness/healthcare industry is a plusStrong communication, negotiation & networking skillsHustle mindset & comfort with field work

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
