Job Description

As a Team Manager at Apna, you will play a crucial role in supervising the team for acquiring SMB customers, driving cold calling of clients, and closing long-term deals on the ground. Your responsibilities will include: - Conducting huddles with all team members daily at a designated place - Assigning locations to each team member for the day to start working - Ensuring every team member updates each meeting in CRM in real-time - Ensuring day-end reporting with detailed meeting and closure numbers - Accompanying one of the team members daily in the field To excel in this role, you should possess the following skill sets: Hustler, Street Smart, Negotiation, Lead generation (cold calling + physical), and Knocking. It is mandatory to have a bike and a valid driving license. Being a team player and a strong people person is essential, along with being ready to do extensive traveling.
