Job Description

Role Overview: As the Strategic Business Development Manager, you will lead the formulation and execution of business strategies focused on Electric Vehicle (EV) chargers, both AC and DC, specifically targeting the Auto Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) and Charge Point Operator (CPO) segments. Your role will involve close collaboration with engineering teams for the development of new products in the range of 240 kW to 400 kW DC chargers and dispensers. You will be responsible for identifying growth opportunities, driving export strategies, and cultivating key customer relationships to achieve sales and order booking targets. Key Responsibilities: - Formulate and implement strategic plans aligned with organizational goals for the EV charging business. - Conduct cross-functional strategic planning meetings with internal stakeholders and key external partners, particularly Auto OEMs and CPOs. - Identify and assess new opportunity areas in the EV segment and define roadmaps for the introduction of new products. - Drive end-to-end business development activities for EV charging solutions, encompassing both AC and DC chargers. - Lead Key Account Management (KAM) initiatives for Auto OEMs and CPOs to ensure sustained business engagement and revenue growth. - Plan and execute promotional and marketing activities to enhance visibility and adoption of EV charging products. - Collaborate with regional branches to convert proposals into orders and provide support for sales enablement. - Achieve targeted Order Booking (OB) and sales revenues in line with the annual business plan. - Develop and execute a roadmap to expand the export business for EV chargers. - Explore new business models and partnerships to increase market share in both domestic and international markets. - Work closely with the engineering team on the development and deployment of new high-power DC chargers (240-400 kW) and dispenser units. - Offer market insights and customer feedback to influence product features and roadmap decisions. Qualifications Required: - Proven experience in strategic planning and business development within the EV industry, particularly with EV chargers. - Strong understanding of the Auto OEM and CPO segments. - Demonstrated ability to lead Key Account Management initiatives. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams. - Track record of achieving sales targets and revenue growth. - Knowledge of new product development processes and market trends in the EV charging sector.
