Job Summary:

The Business Development Manager is responsible for driving sales and growth of premium home elevators by identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and promoting the brand in luxury residential markets. This role requires a mix of strategic planning, relationship management, and hands-on sales execution, targeting high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs), architects, interior designers, and real estate developers.

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Sales & Business Development.

  • Identify and approach potential customers in luxury and premium housing segments.
  • Generate qualified leads through networking, referrals, digital campaigns, and real estate partnerships.
  • Conduct site visits and product demonstrations.
  • Negotiate and close high-value sales deals.

2. Client Relationship Management

  • Develop long-term relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, and HNWI clients.
  • Provide exceptional pre- and post-sales support to enhance customer satisfaction and referrals.

3. Market Intelligence & Strategy

  • Analyze market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to expand market share and meet sales targets.

4. Reporting & Documentation

  • Maintain accurate sales records, forecasts, and customer data in CRM systems.
  • Provide regular reports to management on pipeline, market feedback, and opportunities.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 2-5 years of experience in Sales & Business Development or related field (preferably in elevators/lifts industry).
  • Bachelor's degree in Any Specialization (B.Tech/B.E. or MBA/PGDM preferred).
  • Strong understanding of luxury sales principles and practices; ability to work effectively with high-end clients.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective negotiation and relationship-building.
